Family of Origin Group
The family of origin group is designed to explore unhealthy issues and behaviors learned in your family system (people who raised you) and become aware how your system may be affecting your life in the present. This group process is called refamiling.

This group is designed to help you bring your life back to center. Often life events, relationships, trauma, distorted or compulsive behaviors in yourself or those you love, depression, anxiety, codependency or just the stresses of daily living can keep you from living a life of peace and balance.

Relational Intelligence Group
The Relational Intelligence Group uses aspects of Dr. Gornto’s Auxano Approach© along with 20 years of research and experience that Dr. Gornto has done on Codependency and Boundaries. This group helps clients gain a stronger sense of self, enhance self-esteem, trust one’s own reality and learn to lean less on external validation and more on internal validation.

Sexual and Relationship Recovery Group (Sexual Compulsivity & Addiction)
The sexual and relationship recovery group is designed to assist participants in learning strategies to stop unwanted behavior, explore underlying issues causing the addiction such as shame, abuse, trauma, and family of origin….with the goal of attaining lifelong sobriety. Clients in the recovery group will learning how to break through denial, understand and stop the addiction process, develop strategies to prevent relapse as well as healthy self-care coping mechanisms.
Being a part of the Sexual and Relationship Recovery Group has allowed me to take significant steps towards sobriety and healthy intimacy. Additionally, I have become increasingly more aware of my emotions surrounding my addiction. Without this group, I’m unsure as to where I would be and if I would still be married.
